MANNOL Hypoid 80W-90 is a universal, all-season mineral-based gear oil. It is developed for hypoid gears that withstand extreme loads, including heavy bevel, cylinder and worm pairs. It is recommended for use in differentials (including excessive friction - LS) and all types of manual transmissions, including those that withstand extremely heavy loads and high temperatures, as well as other transmission parts that encounter extreme pressure and shock loads.

Product features:

  • A high-quality, unique base with optimal viscosity over a wide temperature range, together with the latest generation additive package at an increased concentration, guarantees excellent friction reduction properties, resulting in significant fuel savings.
  • Thanks to its balanced composition, it offers excellent anti-wear and superior anti-scratch properties that significantly extend the expected life of technical equipment in all, even extreme, operating conditions over a wide temperature range. The oil film has increased resistance against high pressures and temperatures.
  • Prevents differentials from jamming and reduces piston wear. Guarantee of reliable operation in self-locking differentials.
  • Provides the required low temperature characteristics to ensure sufficient easy starting, reliable lubrication and, when using a manual transmission, easy and precise gear changes in any outdoor temperature (down to -30 °C) and in any operating conditions.
